Custom orders are not returnable except for the replacement of items
that are defective. We reserve the right to refund or replace defective
items. Before custom orders are produced the client will approve all
art, placement of art, spelling, and samples of garments if requested.
A 50% down payment is required before production of custom orders will
begin. We provide custom virtual mock-ups of all custom orders before
production begins. Any and all or your question related to custom
